To secure the best available departure time, train tickets to Machu Picchu should be purchased as early as possible. The sooner we receive your deposit, the more itinerary options passengers will have (we recommend booking at least 60 days before departure).

Due to exceptionally high demand and strictly limited availability for citadel entry tickets and train seats, an advance payment is required so we can proceed with the purchase immediately.
- Coordination: Train times and Machu Picchu entry slots must be booked together to ensure a smooth connection in your itinerary.
- Guarantee: Please note that your place is secured only once the physical ticket has been issued.

4. Final payment deadline and cancellations
To prevent service operators from automatically cancelling your booking, you must provide the following information before the deadline stated in your order:
- Proof of payment for the booking file.
- International flight details, including the booking reference.
- A legible copy of each passport.
- A WhatsApp number for the primary contact.
- Dietary restrictions or preferences (allergies or special diets).
Changes policy: Any change or cancellation requested after ticket issuance is subject to administrative and hotel penalties of up to 100% of the fare.
